How long does local delivery take?

Local jobsite delivery within the metro area is typically next-business-day for orders placed before 2:00 PM CST. Same-day delivery may be available for urgent orders — call us to check availability.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view all your orders and their statuses anytime in the Contractor Hub or Order History page.

What is your return policy?

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened or used items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Custom orders and special-order items are non-returnable.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Yes. Most products feature tiered bulk pricing — discounts kick in at 5+ units and again at 20+ units. The discounted prices are shown directly on each product page and in your cart.

Yes. Use our Bulk Quote Request page to submit your project details, item list, and quantities. Our team will put together a custom quote with volume pricing, delivery options, and payment terms — usually within 1 business day.

There's no minimum order. You can purchase single units at retail pricing. However, bulk pricing tiers apply automatically as you increase quantities in your cart.

Yes. Contractor Hub members can view past orders and quickly reorder with a single click. For scheduled recurring deliveries, contact us to set up a standing order with your preferred products and delivery cadence.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payment details are captured securely at checkout and processed manually by our team — we do not store full card numbers.

Do you offer Net-30 payment terms?

Yes. Established contractor and business accounts may qualify for Net-30 terms. To apply, submit a credit application by calling (952) 469-2943. Once approved, you'll be able to place orders on account and receive invoices with 30-day payment terms.

Can I pay with a purchase order (PO)?

Approved Net-30 accounts can place orders using a PO number. Enter your PO number in the Order Notes field at checkout, and we'll reference it on your invoice. If you don't yet have an account, contact us to get set up.

How are taxes handled for tax-exempt organizations?

If your organization is tax-exempt (resale certificate, non-profit, or government), contact us before placing your first order. We'll apply tax-exempt status to your account so sales tax is removed automatically at checkout.
